If you love Sushi, this is def for you

The most easiest & also healthiest Japanese/Korean dishes ever.  So flavorful & amazing- It’s all in the SAUCE.

Sashimi Salad

(serves 1 so double triple quadruple this recipe as needed!)

Ingredients:

3 handfulls of your fave greens. I use organic spring salad

1 medium size cucumber shredded or sliced very thinly

4-5 ounces of your fave sashimi. I always buy this at my asian grocer in the morning time. I get salmon, yellowtail, and tuna.

1/2 a medium size carrot cut into thin slices

2 sheets of 김 (seaweed wrap paper) use scissors and cut into small pieces

1-2 cups of cooked rice

Get a large bowl

Place all of the ingredients inside.

When you have done that,

make ur sauce ingredients in a separate bowl:

2 tbsp 고추장 (Hot red pepper paste)

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 heaping tbsp sugar

1 tbsp organic honey

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp vinegar (i use the korean brand)

mix thoroughly, and then pour in a small circle in the middle of your bowl:

mix together, & dig in.
