These lemon meringue bars are hubby’s current fave sweet treat. I actually made these bars a couple hours ago, & I thought they came out too cute so I just had to quickly take a few photos. Had to post right now- never done this before

I went the healthier route and omitted the cream topping- I have made this recipe several times, used powdered sugar instead! So chewy and delicious!
