lace always brings sexy back
I found this lace vest @ Rose Bowl flea market in Los Angeles back in 2010. It was one of those finds where you always wish you could find another just like it JUST in case it deteriorates. After 2 years and many many washes it is still in tact and beautiful. I never throw things that I love in the dryer to try to preserve it as long as possible. Are you the type of person that buys articles of clothing in 2s or sometimes 3s if you love it THAT much? I am really guilty of doing that. I have done that with shoes , and also essentials like white, black, and grey heathered Ts. Once I find something I know that I will wear A LOT (a staple) I will always buy many of it. My husband thinks I’m crazy. It’s not silly though~! A lot of you have asked me questions about my eye make up. I usually use my very fave eyeshadow which is in a quad. It’s called Chanel quatuor Boutons De Chanel. My best friend gave it to me as a birthday gift, also in 2010. After finding out that it was a limited edition item, I bought four more of them. Well, 2 years later I have 2 left, and am going to feel antsy once I get down to my last one. I should have bought more. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I have to find something just like it. Just goes to show that if you find something you love, it’s not silly to try to make it last as long as possible!
In any case, I just went off on a tangent! I love this vest, and I have worn it in so many ways. This look isn’t new as I just recently paired the racey leggings with it. See these amaze leggings in a previous post here. At first I thought it might be too much, but the vest’s flowy movement proves otherwise. I love it.
